BACKGROUND
Afghanistan
Rehabilitation Association (ARA) was a non-governmental and
non-political organization. It was registered in 2003 with
ministry of Planning and other donor agencies.
The aim of ARA was only to serve the Afghan people in any
part of Afghanistan according to the possibilities. The ARA
board of directory wanted to work for reintegration of the
afghan community, assess their needs and find the suitable
solution and assistance for the community requirements.
ARA had been attempting so much to serve the people and
motivated the people not to grow poppy and start the work
for rehabilitation and reconstruction of their country
instead of keeping arms on their shoulder and fight among
each other.
The present executive staff was working in projects
gained by ARA officially. Providing that nowadays the
demand of construction companies is much more then NGO's
.So, the Board of directory of ARA decided to
establish the Waheed Wahaj Construction, Construction
Material Production & Road Building Company (WWCC). In order to
achieve any kind of project under the direct control of
the Company.
After the establishment of Waheed Wahaj Construction,
Construction Material Production & Road Building
Company, WWCC gained a trustworthy reputation in the
construction field. So, the executive staff of WWCC decided
to have another registered company due to having legal
rights for implementing any kinds of Logistic Supply and Services
Projects such as a Health Care or Life Support / Designing
and Survey etc. then they established Waheed Wahaj Group of Company.
Having these licenses we have the legal rights for
implementing any kind of projects such as a CONSTRUCTION,
SERVICES, SUPPLY & TRADE.
The executive staff of Waheed Wahaj Group of
Companies, WWGC have enough communication skill and community
mobilization skill. Having these skills, they can work
easily with the community and implement the quality projects
for the community and for the donor agencies. The executive
staff of WWGC have no any kind of religious, factional and
ethnic discrimination. They haven't been faced with any kind
of social. Cultural and ethnic issues in the community.
Everywhere in each projects the community has collaborated
with them as much as possible. WWGC have been working as a
lead of following members of the union. They are all working
jointly for project implementation. The members are as
follows.

Services and many more from government, international
organizations or privatizations.

implementation any kind of project such as Building ,
Canal, Hydraulic Structures and especially in Concrete or
Asphalt Road Projects from government , international
organizations or privatizations.

lubricants, construction tools, Construction machineries,
food
items, Medical Equipments, Constructions
Materials, Electronic Accessories and many more
for the
mentioned members and for the local market.
